Entry Level ERP /Supply Chain Implementation Consultant

Tensoft, Inc. is a small San Jose-based software developer, recognized for our innovative business management software solutions and our excellent customer service. Founded in 1996, we are currently seeking an Entry Level ERP /Supply Chain Implementation Consultant to work with Tensoft implementation teams and on Tensoft support activities. Good communication skills are essential – communication is required within the Tensoft teams as well as with Tensoft customers. Our ideal candidate is a recent graduate with relevant work or internship experience, or a manufacturing oriented support role with 1-3 years of experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Help customers learn to use software to meet their business goals.
- Join Tensoft project delivery and implementation plan models.
- Analyze data based on standard models and end customer review.
- Document knowledge transfer and installation for project history and process improvement.
- Effective communication of issues, needs, status, and project impact to the Tensoft Project Manager and extended team.
- Knowledge base development and update for supported applications.
- Participate in Tensoft internal project and best practices reviews.
- Ability to work to a defined process.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have:
- Ability to understand specifications and end user requirements
- Undergraduate degree and/or relevant experience
Desired:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft SQL Server helpful
- Experience with CRM/Helpdesk, Knowledge Worker, and tools.
Credentials and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated ability with software and systems thinking
- Experience in analytics reporting and analysis tool or experience using Excel pivot tables.

- Polished, flexible mindset, self-starter
- Able to work independently yet communicate effectively within a close-knit team
- Ability to learn and work in a multi-national, multi-cultural, fast paced environment and customer base

Position Accountabilities:
- Scheduling time to meet project deliverables.
- Tracking and reporting time spent.
- Immediate communication of any potential impacts to schedule or deliverables
- Achieving and maintaining certifications
