Our Quarterly Tensoft FSM Customer Call provides an expert-guided and detailed overview for customers with a focus on FSM’s latest product enhancements. FSM customers also have the opportunity to interact in a collaborative environment with other FSM users and get their product-related questions answered immediately by our in-house experts.
The Tensoft FSM Customer Call consists of two separate sessions:
Tensoft FSM Update: An online presentation that provides an up-to-date enhancements review of Tensoft FSM. Customers receive immediate answers to FSM-specific questions by our in-house FSM experts.
FSM User Group Meeting: An interactive moderated user group discussion where customers may provide input for future enhancements, and share issues and best practices with other Tensoft FSM customers.
Feedback from the Quarterly FSM User Group Meeting is often incorporated into future product development plans. All Tensoft FSM Users are able to directly influence the product roadmap through the User Group and User Conference through these meetings.
