Our Quarterly Tensoft SemiOps Customer Call provides an expert-guided and detailed overview for customers with a focus on SemiOps latest product enhancements. SemiOps customers also have the opportunity to interact in a collaborative environment with other SemiOps users and get their product-related questions answered immediately by our in-house experts.
The Tensoft SemiOps Customer Call consists of two separate sessions:
Tensoft SemiOps Update: An online presentation that provides an up-to-date enhancements review of Tensoft SemiOps. Customers receive immediate answers to SemiOps-specific questions by our in-house SemiOps experts.
SemiOps User Group Meeting: An interactive moderated user group discussion where customers may provide input for future enhancements, and share issues and best practices with other Tensoft SemiOps customers.
Feedback from the Quarterly SemiOps User Group Meeting is often incorporated into future product development plans. All Tensoft SemiOps Users are able to directly influence the product roadmap through the User Group and User Conference through these meetings.
